Fill the Form & Reserve Your Spot

Start by submitting the project form so I can learn more about your goals. If we’re a good fit, you’ll receive a welcome email and invoice to reserve your slot with a 50% deposit.

Client Onboarding Begins

Once your spot is confirmed, I’ll send a welcome packet with everything I need from you, including key deadlines, brand files, and review timelines. This sets us up for a smooth, on-time delivery.

Design, Review & Revisions

You’ll receive drafts in three key milestones so you can review each stage. I work collaboratively with clients to make sure the final result reflects your vision, polished and ready to launch.

Final Approval & Delivery

After the second review, you’ll complete the final 50% payment. Then, I’ll deliver your finished asset

It depends on the scope of your project, but typically, my packages ranges between 1–3 weeks from start to finish. We’ll establish a timeline upfront and keep communication open throughout.

Due to limited availability, cancellations are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule due to an emergency or something outside your control, please let me know before the project begins. Rescheduling is possible once, but subsequent changes or postponements won’t be accommodated. Choose your dates carefully to ensure smooth collaboration!

During our initial consultation, we’ll outline the scope of your project and the specific tasks required. I’ll provide an honest assessment of what can be accomplished within the agreed timeframe. If any requests go beyond the initial scope, I’ll offer a separate quote and timeline. Be assured that I aim to complete all client project within set deadline.

I use Canva Pro for all my designs, ensuring they are easily accessible and editable with a free Canva account. You get fully customizable templates that you can adjust anytime to match your evolving brand needs.

Once the contract is signed and payment is received, I’ll reach out with further instructions. For most projects, we’ll communicate via email, but for more extensive projects, I may set up a project board to keep everything organized and transparent.
